Other sustainable practices of our Sun Dance at Red Valley, AZ include our solar panels which power our kitchen, showers and hot water.   Our sound system is also solar powered!

Also, each year after the dance when the sun dance tree goes down, it is cut up and pieces are distributed to the people to use as they wish.  In this way the sun dance tree gets recycled instead of just tossed aside as happens at many sun dances.

I personally hope that we will be able to recycle in many other ways toward the future as the

appropriate help develops that allows us to do so.
