We are a small but growing Sun Dance and we have relied on each other to accomplish the tasks that become necessary to be done.  In doing that, we have experienced increased stress. So in order to reduce that stress toward the future, it is important to schedule and regulate individuals' offers for help.

High Star Sun Eagle Sun Dance must know whether there will be enough volunteers for maintaining a sacred fire, handling the cedar smudging and the necessary activites and tasks related to meeting the Sun Dancers' needs.  Thus it becomes important to provide a vehicle to find out before hand who is volunteering this help.

For those of you who know your plans and for those who would like to help, you are encouraged to review the following three volunteer lists.  You are encouraged to sign up on the list most appropriate for your offering.
